Working procedures


1st Step - TAKEOVER COMMAND

When a recovery data services is requested a contract between QUARTZ DATA RECOVERY and customer will be signed. The contract will mainly stipulate QUARTZ DATA RECOVERY obligations regarding maintaining confidentiality of customer data. Each client receives an unique customer code and a single command code, these codes can be used to follow on line recovery data status.


2nd Step - EVALUATION

A preliminary evaluation of  data recovery possibility is made depending on type of incident. Based on information obtained  is established if complete data recovery is possible and the entire  costs of operation. Within maximum 24 hours  the customer will be informed about it. If customer verbally agrees the work conditions, he will receive by fax or e-mail a work order which represents his commitment for data recovery.


3rd Step - DATA RECOVERY

When a customer confirms the order, we will effectively start the data recovery. This stage can take maximum 7 working days. Usually this takes approximately 2 days. It is possible to choose the emergency regime service(with an extra charge). In this case the time will be much shorter. An emergency data recovery can take 3 working days, but usually this takes up to 24  hours.  We have to mention that not for all data recovery we can  respect the emergency delivery time


4th Step - DATA DELIVERY

When data recovery is finished , the customer is informed about it and he receives all information , so he can test the quality of the recovered data. If satisfied, he will pay for rendered services (by paying the invoice issued by QUARTZ DATA RECOVERY) and together with QUARTZ DATA RECOVERY will establish data delivery method  (another disk, stick USB, DVD, external disk, etc...).
