The technology usedData recovery process implies simultaneous use of hardware and software complex technology. In special cases these were developed by QUARTZ DATA RECOVERY itself. Use of these devices is made into a class 100 white room, i.e. a room where the air is filtrate so there are no more than 100 dust particles on 1 cubic meter. In this space we break the disks in order to correct internal defects by bringing them in temporary working status so we can copy data saved . So we reduce at a minimum the negative impact dust particles have on disk reading/writing devices and on the disks where data is saved. Here are used a series of mechanical and electronic devices (electronic microscope, oscilloscope etc.) necessary in exchange of reading and writing enables as well as for different operations of alignment and adjustment. Mechanical and electronic devices are completed with software components developed for each disk model , by using the extended instruction set (factory commands) especially made for each drive type.. These programs allow direct access of the disk’s firmware, its repair when damaged and suffering from functional anomalies or changing default operating parameters Upon temporary commissioning of the disks we make a backup. This backup will be used for further correct data extraction. Much of the equipment used by QUARTZ DATA RECOVERY is the result of about 12 year work in the filed of disks repair and their data recovery. This work allowed us to develop the devices and programs by ourselves. Obviously, we have been helped by our partnerships with different companies all over the world. |
